Online Shopping Policy And Order Instructions

Online Ordering is accomplished with a (virtual) shopping cart...

Use the Add To Cart Button on the Ordering Pages to put selected items you want to purchase in your shopping cart.

At the top and bottom of each Ordering Page you may view what’s in your shopping cart. At this time you may check out, you may choose to continue shopping, or you may change the quantity of any item in your cart.

No order will be sent to Sterling Tobacco Company until you view and choose to accept what's currently in your shopping cart.

You may check out by viewing your shopping cart where you may pay for your order by sending Sterling Tobacco Company a check or Money Order on a printed form.

Notice: Sale outside the U.S. is controlled by your government. Countries such as the United Kingdom and Canada have very high import duties which are prohibitive. Countries such as Bulgaria, Italy and Taiwan have a government monopoly and do not allow tobacco imports or require an import license. Before ordering please check with your post office for possible restrictions on tobacco imports.

Shipping & Handling

  1. For purchase amounts under $25.00 the S&H is $4.95
  2. For purchase amounts greater than $25.00 and less than $150.00 the S&H is $6.84
  3. For purchase amounts $150.00 and over S&H is free

Shipping & Handling other than USA

  1. Shipments outside the USA are subject to that country’s import rules and postage rates.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER

  1. Click on the “Select” button to choose the package size you wish to order.
  2. After selecting the package size, click the “Add to Cart” button.
  3. The program will take you to “Shopping Cart Contents” so you can review your purchases. To continue shopping click the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Continue this sequence until you have added to your shopping cart all the items you desire.
  5. When you have all the items you want, click the “View Cart/Checkout” button at the bottom of the page.
  6. Verify your purchases and make any changes you wish.
  7. There is one choice: Check or Money order.
  8. Click on the button that says “Click to Order.”
  9. The next screen will ask for shipping and billing information. Fill in the information requested. The next time you order, this information may be automatically entered. Now click the “Enter” button at the bottom of the page.
  10. You will see a screen that you can print out and mail with your check or money order to Sterling Tobacco. You should keep a copy as a receipt.
